A Few That Work... |
We love these ones because you can download music from Spotify, Amazon Music, etc. (like you would download a movie for an airplane) It just needs to be put on wifi every 30 days to confirm your Spotify/Amazon Music, etc account. So we do this at Visiting Weekend for our 8 weeker! You can also delete any apps you do not want on it. It also can play music out loud without headphones. |

Photo Album Bows |
We send pics in a few way. One is we send them with a small photo album like the ones linked here. I let them choose a handful of pics they want to bring. Then I send pics in the mail they can add to it. Some are truly random and funny... like tons of packages at the door. Or the dog being weird. I don't want them to miss home too much so of course think about your kiddo! I also often send pics of THEM at camp that are posted!! I write a little note on the back so they don’t focus on missing what’s at home and focus on the fun they are having and know we are watching. I’ll print a camp pic and write on back “WOW!! You got up on the water skis?! I still can't do that!" or "OMG! You are totally covered in mud in that game you played!!! I bet you LOVED every minute of it!!!! Glad we sent lots of clothes! Can't wait to hear about it!" And they can add them to the blank photo album pages if they want! |
